COMPLETION
HOLLIS CROFT
We’re proud to announce the completion of our works at Hollis Croft in Sheffield with valued client
Torsion Construction.
Our SFS Division have successfully delivered the full SFS package for this high-rise build-to-rent scheme,
which includes a 17-storey tower and 7-storey block, providing 234 apartments, communal areas, a
gym and office spaces.
A big thank you to the Phoenix team on site for their hard work and commitment in bringing this project
to completion ahead of programme and to an excellent standard.
