WEEK 2026
During National Apprenticeship Week, we were proud to recognise the hard work and dedication of our on-site apprentices
across Brickwork and Drylining, celebrating the important role they play in the future of the construction industry.
Apprenticeships provide a vital pathway into construction, giving individuals the opportunity to develop practical skills, gain
hands-on experience and learn directly from experienced operatives on live projects. From learning the fundamentals of
brick and block laying to understanding setting out, quality standards, site safety and specialist drylining systems, our
apprentices continue to build valuable knowledge every day.
Throughout the week, we highlighted apprentices working across our projects, showcasing their progress, commitment and
willingness to learn as they develop within their chosen trades. Watching apprentices grow in confidence, improve their skills
and take pride in their work is incredibly rewarding and reinforces the importance of investing in future talent.
We would like to thank all of our apprentices for their continued effort and positive attitude. The future of our industry
depends on the next generation of skilled tradespeople, and we are proud to support them as they build their careers with
Phoenix.
